Can I order online and pick up in store?
Unfortunately no, we do not provide this service at the moment.
Do you provide International delivery?
SHOP657 only provides domestic delivery in the United States.
How do I return or exchange items?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
How do I track my order?
SHOP657 cooperates with USPS. Once we ship your items, we will send you the tracking method.
How do you keep my privacy?
SHOP657 respects your right to privacy. We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact you regarding the status of your order or any pending issues. The information we collect includes your name, email address, shipping address, and billing address. We do not store your credit card information. SHOP657 will not rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
How fast will my order ship?
Most of our orders are shipped within 3 - 4 business days of purchase from our San Francisco warehouse, pending inventory availability and credit verification. Once your order is shipped, we estimated you will receive your order within 2 - 3 business days of its ship date. We do not ship on weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery.
What happens if my order is damaged or lost?
Any complaints with an order please contact us within seven days of receiving order. Damaged items will be replaced when available. SHOP657 is not liable for indirect damages or delays in delivery.
